Ingredienti:
2 banane molto mature
125 g yogurt
250 g farina (uso quella integrale)
150 g zucchero di canna
80 g olio
2 uova
un pizzico di cannella e di sale
1 cucchiaino lievito in polvere
2 cucchiaini bicarbonato
100 g noce

Preparazione:

Banana bread

You may be asking yourself why I have included a recipe for banana bread in this blog. The answer is simple... We have bananas, as you can see from the photos. They all ripen together so that it is necessary to use them quickly. I tried banana jam but didn't like it. This morning I sliced one and added it to some yogurt, together with almonds and a bit of our orange blossom honey, and that was good.
But as a child I loved banana bread, and so I have adapted an old recipe to suit me today.

Ingredients:
2 big bananas (mine are little so I used 6)
125 g yogurt
250 g flour (I use whole wheat )
180 g raw cane sugar
80 g oil
2 eggs
A bit of cinnamon and salt
1 tspn baking powder
2 tspn baking soda
100 g walnuts

Preparation:
Using an immersion blender, mash the bananas with the yogurt,
Add the sugar, eggs, oil and mix well.
Add the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda, and mix well.
Add the nuts and mix well with a spoon.
Bake in a 350 degree oven in a plum cake pan for 45 minutes - 1 hour or till a tooth pick comes out clean.
Eat warm or cold, for breakfast or as a snack!
